This application is to help us select the perfect puppy for you and your family! All pups are sold with a spay/neutered contract. All 8 week old puppies are $3300.00.

If we have any older pups become available, price goes up with training!

All applications include a non-refundable application processing fee of $300.00. Application fee will ONLY be refunded if your application is rejected. If your application is approved the application fee is applied to the final cost.

Please send a non-refundable application processing fee of $300.00 payable to Countryside Doodles along with the application. Your application fee will be applied to the final balance. I will email you when I receive your application and application fee

If your application is denied for any reason, your application fee will be refunded. This is the only time the $300 application fee is ever refunded! I understand that pups MUST be spayed and neutered by 6 months of age and will provide vet bill or certificate.I understand by signing and by approval I opt-in to receive automatic communications about my Doodle. I understand that all applications must be accompanied by a $300 non-refundable application fee payable to Countryside Doodles either by online instant payment or by mailing it in. I understand that if my application is approved the $300 will be applied to the final balance. If for some reason my application is denied by Countryside I understand the $300 will be refunded. (This is the only reason a refund of application fee is ever given).

We urge you to read and understand the responsibilities of owning a puppy. We encourage you to take well care and have an exercise plan for your puppy. Please agree that you understand to move on to the application page.
